Personality governs things like our life decisions, interpersonal interaction, work attitudes and leadership style. In a team setting, how can we understand our partners and master the skills to work with each one of them? The secret to building a successful team is to develop a mode of co-operation with which all are in step. Understanding Enneagram is like stepping into a growth elevator, for it provides clues and traces which make it easier for you to crack into your blind spots and break away from the patterns that confine you as you grow up. By resolving interpersonal misunderstandings, everyone will be able to work together and bring out their best in the team.

Situations like natural disasters, accidents, casualties, violence etc. may happen anytime, anywhere and on anybody. They may rarely happen but when they do, they will be shocking and bringing significant impact. Though happening out of no reason, they still bring far-reaching implications. When the turning point is suitably managed, a crisis will turn into an opportunity; otherwise, hurts and negative impact may be resulted. The only way to respond to a crisis is, therefore, to prepare early and equip ourselves with positive attitude, to raise our awareness on crisis, and to strengthen our resilience.
