係「感」講善意溝通講座

溝通不良是「各說各話」。大家只按自己的需要,在缺乏尊重及耹聽的情況下,表達個人心聲,俗語形容為「係咁講」。在溝通不良下,彼此產生誤解甚至說出暴力語言。「善意溝通」(又稱非暴力語言)是由心理學家 Marshall Rosenberg 提出,是建立同理心、連結彼此、建立關係的具體心法。當中包含四個步驟:「觀察」、「感受」、「需要」及「請求」。講者以輕鬆點題的形式,從人們的日常用語或不經意的對話中,帶出善意溝通的原則,促進人際溝通效能。

椅子瑜伽

一般瑜伽訓練融入不少站立和仰臥等高難度姿勢,椅子瑜伽則是改良版的瑜伽,不但把原有的動作簡化,就連較少運動或行動不便者也能藉助椅子練習,強化身心。
椅子瑜伽練習者可在坐立的同時進行各種彎曲和伸展動作,如肩頸伸展、三角伸展式、側部伸展、屈腿下壓……這些都是瑜伽練習者熟悉的瑜伽體式。雖然這些動作難度較高,但一般公眾其實可藉助椅子來完成這些動作。同一般瑜伽達到塑身、鍛鍊肌肉和提升意識等效果。
